API for integration with third-party software
MasterVoice allows integration with external software systems such as ERP and CRM in order to carry out actions or receive notifications of telephone events. This is done by exposing Web Services and API REST HTTPS.
A few of them are listed here below:
- API “Call” to initiate a telephone call by passing as variables the number to call and the calling number
- “End of Call” Notification Service to notify an external software that a call has ended by sending relative data such as start time, length of conversation, calling user and called use
MasterVoice has also developed a click-to-call plug-in for Microsoft Outlook™ and Microsoft OWA with which the telephone call can be made directly from the MS Outlook™ contact sheet through a right click of the mouse.
